Cryotherapy Treatment

Based on your consultation, the type of cryotherapy treatment (whole-body or localized) will be determined. For whole-body cryotherapy, you’ll enter our state-of-the-art XR Cryotherapy Full Body Chamber Machine. You will be provided with protective gear for your hands, feet, and ears, and will be required to wear minimal clothing. For localized cryotherapy, a hand-held device will apply cold air or liquid nitrogen to the targeted area(s).
Each cryotherapy session lasts about 2 to 3 minutes, but can last as long as 10 minutes, depending on the treatment type and your goals. During treatment, you’ll feel an intense blast of cold as temperatures reach down to -220°F.
